Yes, Virginia, It SNOWS in Washington-- (sometimes)!
What a thrill to have snow this year-- we had enough for lots of sledding and fun in the snow. All three kids turned out to be brave "sledders". We found a great hill at Madison Elementary (just a block from our house) and spent hours sledding. These pictures are the snow fun in our own backyard. Kailey had 10 days off of school for snow-- no kindergarten busses running with ANY snow on the ground-- MUCH different from our Utah experience. As far as we can tell, we live in a one snow plow town!
